The Harbor Mandolin Stands sit 8” wide where they gently cradle the base of the mandolin and stand 11” high to gracefully support the back of the mandolin. Each is meticulously handmade to order out of 1" thick select hardwoods. The sides are uniquely shaped to resemble the silhouette of a Mandolin. Featuring several layers of polyurethane lacquer finish to protect and preserve the woods. All contact points are lined with a soft padded, non-reactant material to safely support your instrument. The lower "Legs" (part of the stand that supports the bottom of the Mandolin) feature special inward profile cuts to better support the round shape of the Mandolin's body. This along with the perfect balance design makes for an incredibly stable stand. This design will support the traditional A-Style, F-Style, flat back, and mandolins with a slighty rounded back. Heavily round backs may be the only exception.
